About Me

twitter.com/stevemilone - I've been a local guy for a while. I graduated from Meadowcreek High School in Norcross and then went on to graduate from Georgia Tech. I began working here right out of college. After years and years as "Ken Cook's right hand man" I've now been upgraded to weekend morning meteorologist. Most people say they're never up that early. That would be nice. If you are though, I'll try and get you through.

I'm proud to say I've earned my AMS Certified Broadcast Meteorologist seal. This is the new upgraded seal passed down from the AMS back in 2005. The new seal requires a degree from an approved meteorology or EAS program, passing a meteorology exam, and continuing education.
