See what the recent rains have done to help out Lake Lanier. On January 1^st of this year it was about 18 feet below full pool. The sad part is that they have still been releasing the water through the dam and down the Chattahoochee River at the same rate as normal even though the Chattahoochee River has received an enormous amount of water from all the rain and natural water run off. If I can figure it out, how come the government and DNR can not?

Ye Ole Weather Guru, if my figures are right the great rise to full pool will happen on June 10th, that is unless those idiots manning the flow gates don't go nuts because some shellfish down stream need a bath, and they empty half the lake again..., come on Ken we know you got juice with the Weather God, and you've got the inside skinny no side bets please, psssss I got a fiver on 6-10-09 what say you
