Two black youths wrongfully accused in Gwinnett County Georgia .
My son along with another young man has been charged of a crime that they did not commit and they have never been in trouble before and they have 90 years between the two of them.
Gwinnett County Georgia is known for railroading our youth into confessing to crimes that they did not commit. They did not produce any evidence or weapon, did not take pictures of the crime scene, did not dust for prints and they interrogated my son for 3 hours at the precinct and even before they took him to the precinct. they did a show -up allowing the victim to see my son before showing him a photo line up. I know that my son is innocent of the crime because I know of his where abouts that day and I'm not saying this because he's my son , I am stating what is true and factual. It's time that we put the injustice towards our youth and our young black men to rest. There are too many of our children who have been falsely accused in the prisons. Can somebody help me to help my son and the other young man. Mothers fighting for their son's innocence and freedom.

Two main transportation companies, umbrella by automaker giant HYUNDAI-KIA whom are politically favored by the states of Georgia and Alabama, have been operating business illegally without any consideration of dangers to civilians and even to their own drivers. People’s lives are in stake here and sadly single mom of 1 year old have already paid its price; more lives can be in jeopardy if nothing is done to stop these companies. I personally recommend these companies to be shutdown immediately.
I have listed few accidents caused by these trucking companies. I recommend few cases to be reopened for investigation. These companies are known to produce false documentations to cover up the truth. Their main vendors, HYUNDAI and KIA believe to be politically involved with local governments and other authorities to provide aid for these companies during contingencies. Direct Intermodal has benefited from it during the most recent accident which the case had mysteriously ended.

CONCLUSION: Catastrophic accident could have been preventable if the driver was in alert status; however, lack of responsiveness due to fatigue was probability the cause of the accident followed by an extensive hours of driving which exceeds DOT regulation. Unfortunately, single mom who was killed immediately from the impact has been wrongly accused of the accident and the driver of 18 wheeler was release without penalty. DOT and homicide teams were present at the accident site however they were mislead by driver’s 2nd log book used to replace actual log book in attempt to undisclosed illegal trucking operation. Driver had just completed a full around trip from Atlanta to Mississippi (14 hrs); then immediately sent to Luverne AL without any rest (total: 20 hrs) has lead to this accident. *FYI, Douglas Amaya made a fuel purchase during the trip back from Mississippi (between hours of 11pm- midnight) at which will provide possible evidence to expose the illegal falsification of driver’s log book and company’s daily documentations. Direct Intermodal continuously insists their drivers to falsify the log book in order to conceal any potential damage to the company.

CONCLUSION: Driver (Peter Lam) was driving too fast while turning left onto C.H. Robinson which caused his tractor trailer to turn over. This accident could have been preventable but driver's lack of judgment and awareness due to fatigue was the probable cause of an accident. Driver had just pulled out a container from the Atlanta rail station for delivery destination to Opelika AL. He was already on his 14th hour of driving just before the accident; and upon completion of his last delivery would have been totaled 18 hours of driving which it exceeds DOT regulation. Several commuters were able to reacted fast enough to escape from being crushed between falling tractor trailer according to the witnesses. As usual, all documentations were modified by Direct Intermodal to falsify hours of driving for Peter Lam and terminated him to completely conceal the truth.

CONCLUSION: Driver (Eric Jumbo) was pressured by the company to complete his delivery to move on to his next delivery. He was on his 10th hour, returning to Atlanta rail from Burkeville, AL. According to the driver, he was immediately pressured when he was demanded by his dispatcher to hurry back from his delivery to jump on a "hot" shipment. Fear of losing his job and being not favored by his dispatcher had triggered the driver to state of anxiety which ultimately cloud his judgments. For the record, company had regularly taken advantage of this driver because of deficient in English skills and lack of knowledge in DOT's rules and regulations.

More than 200,000 teachers and state employees are being furloughed and seeing smaller paychecks this year, but the Georgia Lottery did well enough to hand out $2.75 million in bonuses to its staffers.
That’s up more than 8 percent from fiscal 2008, according to figures the Lottery Corp. provided to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution
Lottery CEO Margaret DeFrancisco received a $204,034 bonus, up from $150,000 in 2008. That’s on top of a $286,000 salary, which was unchanged from 2008.
Lottery officials say the bonuses, which they call incentive payments, are commonly used in private industry to help retain top staffers.
The idea of the lottery was to buy books for schools and provide scholarships to students. The big business mentality of a red state. Give me a break. Meanwhile GA leads the nation in failed banks. Yep the government has to buy them out.

WASHINGTON -- The White House is promising that new figures being released Friday will be a more accurate showing of progress in President Barack Obama's economic recovery plan. It aggressively defended an earlier, faulty count that overstated by thousands the jobs created or saved so far.
Ed DeSeve, serving as Obama's stimulus overseer, said the administration has been working for weeks to correct mistakes in early counts that identified more than 30,000 jobs paid for with stimulus money. He said a new stimulus report Friday should correct many mistakes an Associated Press review found that showed the earlier report overstated thousands of stimulus jobs.
"I think you'll see a pretty good degree of accuracy," DeSeve said in an interview.
White House spokesman Robert Gibbs downplayed errors in job counts identified by the AP's review, telling reporters, "We're talking about 4,000, or a 5,000 error."The AP reviewed a sample of federal contracts, not all 9,000 reported to date, and discovered errors in one in six jobs credited to the $787 billion stimulus program -- or nearly 5,000 of the 30,000 jobs claimed so far.
Even in its limited review, the AP found job counts that were more than 10 times as high as the actual number of paid positions; jobs credited to the stimulus program that were counted two and sometimes more than four times; and other jobs that were credited to stimulus spending when none was produced.
For example:
-- Some recipients of stimulus money used the cash to give existing employees pay raises, but each reported saving dozens of jobs with the money, including one Georgia day care that claimed 129 jobs saved.
-- A Texas contractor whose business kept 22 employees to handle stimulus contracts saw its job count inflated to 88 because the same workers were counted four times.
-- The water department in Palm Beach County, Fla., hired 57 meter readers, customer service representatives and other positions to handle two water projects. But their total job count was incorrectly doubled to 114.
Those errors were included in an early progress report on the stimulus released two weeks ago that featured numerous mistakes, including a Colorado business' claim that its stimulus contract created more than 4,200 jobs. In fact, the actual count was less than 1,000.
Some businesses actually undercounted jobs funded with stimulus money, the AP's review shows, because they reported only new jobs created, not existing jobs saved. But by far the most reporting errors were found in the number of jobs credited to the stimulus.
Gibbs said that early data couldn't be reviewed as carefully as new data will be. "Three days after the data was received, it was required to be put on the Web site," he said, referring to the government's recovery.gov site that serves as the official accounting of stimulus data.
The Colorado business' job count, along with many others, has been corrected, Gibbs said, and will be updated in Friday's report.
"We disputed, as the AP disputed, the report that came in that calculated a number of jobs but didn't accurately account, the way we account for, a full-time, yearlong employee as being a job," Gibbs said.
His comments during his daily meeting with reporters came hours after the White House issued a midnight press release complaining about the AP's review of jobs the government credits to stimulus spending.
DeSeve, who criticized the AP's review as misleading, said the administration is aware of problems with the early data. Agencies have been working with businesses that received the money to correct mistakes. Other errors discovered by the public also will be corrected, he said.
"As a result, whatever problems the early and partial data had, the full data to be posted on Friday will provide the American people with an accurate, detailed look at the early success of the Recovery Act," DeSeve said in a statement the White House issued just after midnight Thursday.

Former Congressman and House Majority Leader Dick Armey warns that the government is planning to exploit a hyped swine flu outbreak this fall in order to reinvigorate support behind its failing Obamacare agenda.
Armey is confident that the grass roots backlash against Obamacare will cause the plan to fail, but warns that the government has one last trick up its sleeve which it is preparing to pull in the next few months.
The former House leader told the Financial Times that wavering lawmakers in both parties might be won over by an engineered crisis that the Obama administration is planning to exploit.
“In September or October there will be a hyped up outbreak of the swine flu which they’ll say is as bad as the bubonic plague to scare the bed-wetters to vote for healthcare reform,” said Mr Armey. “That is the only way they can push something on to the American people that the American people don’t want.”
As we reported last week, Georgia Congressman Paul Broun gave a similar warning when he told attendees of a town hall event Tuesday that the Obama administration was planning to use a pandemic or a natural disaster to implement martial law in the United States.
Speaking at the North Georgia Technical College auditorium, Broun said that the “socialistic elite,” as well as Obama, Nancy Pelosi and Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, were planning to exploit a crisis to create a favorable climate for their stalling political agenda.
“They’re trying to develop an environment where they can take over,” he said. “We’ve seen that historically.”
Health authorities as well as Homeland Security chief Janet Napolitano have been hyping the inevitability of swine flu’s deadlier return this fall ever since it first appeared in April.
Despite the fact that the virus has proven far less potent than the common flu, governments across the world have been preparing to roll out mass vaccination campaigns which are set to begin next month, despite the fact that the shots will contain mercury and squalene and have also been linked with the killer nerve disease Guillain-Barre Syndrome.
National Guard units have been training to deal with riots and unrest in relation to the imminent vaccination program, using schools as staging areas for drills that are focused around subduing unruly citizens.

"At [the 2009 United Nations Climate Change Conference in] Copenhagen this December, weeks away, a treaty will be signed," Monkton told a Minnesota Free Market Institute audience on Thursday at Bethel University in St. Paul.
"Your president will sign it. Most of the Third World countries will sign it, because they think they're going to get money out of it. Most of the left-wing regimes from the European Union will rubber stamp it. Virtually nobody won't sign it," he told the audience of some 700 attendees.
"I read that treaty and what it says is this: that a world government is going to be created. The word 'government' actually appears as the first of three purposes of the new entity.
"The second purpose is the transfer of wealth from the countries of the West to Third World countries, in satisfaction of what is called, coyly, 'climate debt' – because we've been burning CO2 and they haven't. We've been screwing up the climate and they haven't. And the third purpose of this new entity, this government is enforcement."
In an hour and a half lecture illustrated by slides featuring scientific data on a wide range of climate issues, Monkton refuted claims made by former Vice President Al Gore in his movie and book entitled "An Inconvenient Truth," as well as scientific arguments made by the United Nations Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change.
Monckton argued that President Obama will sign the Copenhagen treaty at the December meeting, without seeking a two-thirds ratification of the treaty by the Senate, or any other type of Congressional approval.
"So, thank you, America. You were the beacon of freedom to the world. It is a privilege to stand on this soil of freedom while it is still free," he continued. "But, in the next few weeks, unless you stop it, your president will sign your freedom, your democracy, and your humanity away forever.
"But I think it is here, here in your great nation, which I so love and I so admire – it is here that perhaps, at this eleventh hour, at the fifty-ninth minute and fifty-ninth second, you will rise up and you will stop your president from signing that dreadful treaty, that purposeless treaty. For there is no problem with the climate and, even if there were, an economic treaty does nothing to [help] it."
Moncton is a well-known critic of the theory of anthropogenic causes for global warming who has argued repeatedly that global warming hysteria is an ideological position of the political Left advanced in the interest of imposing global taxes on the United States in the pursuit of international control of the U.S. economy under a one-world government to be administered by the U.N.

I am writing to report EVEREST INSTITUTE in Jonesboro Georgia, they have corrupted so many people with false advertising, I went to this school with the promise that they would help guide us through to a brighter life with gainful employment. All that has happened is they have taken money from students and not delivered the promise, they tell us in the end that after we agreed to stay in school that we were of no concern to them after we complete the course. I am now in dept 15,000.00, another 25 for a test that is required to be taken as a medical assistant (which they don't tell you until you are almost finished with school) but has nothing to do with what we are taught in school. Students have had strokes and heart attacks because of the stress and lies. We feel robbed, we are told one thing and we see another and then they tell us we are out of luck, so many people have graduated and still can't get a job because of the false information that was given but are still in dept. to the school. How can people let this be? There are students that deal and do drugs at this school and they get a pass and a job if they keep their mouth shut about the people that work in the school that do drugs and sell too. I am going to report this over and over until someone will listen and help me put a stop to the false advertisement that EVERST INSTITUTE has up out there just to get payee while we still have no hope. There are people that haven't even obtained a GED and EVEREST still promised us that is we take a an acceptance test, we would still be gainfully employed at the end of graduation. It was all a lie, allot of us feel stuck because of the fake rules that we believed to be true, desperate to get a job to take care of our families, we go for it. Even with the economy, we were promised that it would be different after we graduated and it wasn't. I have been told that once the reps get us in the door, then no matter what, after 5 days those reps will get paid and they could care less after we find out the truth because it will have been too late. We will still have to pay fifteen thousand dollars in student loans. It is not fair, I am moving back to Chicago and was told that if I pay twenty-six dollars, the school would pay the rest of my fee for the RMA test that is need AFTER you take the test to graduate from EVEREST......(WHICH THEY FAIL TO TELL YOU AT ENROLMENT). Now they stated that I would be able to take this test in Chicago as long as I had my receipt. I just got a call Oct.9th,2009 that the test is on Oct.10,2009 and if I do not take it that I will have to pay another fifty dollars in order to take the test. This school is a mess!!! I have so many witnesses to my claims that I am not seeking legal action for our suffering. I need your help. If you are a victim, then please com forward and help put a stop to this.

The bank manager did the RIGHT thing if everyone would stand up against crime instead of hiding or crawling under a desk the State of Georgia and the United States would be a better place to work and live. The person or persons who made the DECISION to fire the Bank Manager must have to Sleep with a LIGHT on because they can't be Real MEN.

The Hindu Temple of Georgia filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in August to avoid foreclosure on its facility at 5900 Brook Hollow Parkway in Norcross. Creditors were grilling Annamalai, the temple founder and chairman who goes by the name "Dr. Commander Selvam," in an attempt to recover some of the $2.3 million loan that the temple has defaulted on. Anderson Lake Properties currently holds the note on the property.
Annamalai has a lavish lifestyle that some critics and creditors question. He resides in a million-dollar mansion in Sugarloaf Country Club in Duluth. The bankruptcy filings state that the temple still owes him $435,000 for three months' salary and a bonus. And the controversial guru also has spent untold legal fees on 24 lawsuits that are still pending in various local and federal courts against people he claims have either maligned the temple or failed to pay fees for ritual services.
During the hearing, Annamalai said two Lexxus vehicles and a Mercedes listed on the temple balance sheets belong to him. He said 108 valuable statues that the temple has boasted about owning were actually on loan from another temple in Arizona. Other religious merchandise on display at the temple belongs to a company called Indian Handicrafts in India, Annamalai said.
Also in dispute during the bankruptcy hearing was the value of the temple's real estate holdings. The temple owns three properties – nine acres in Norcross, a 52-acre undeveloped tract in Carrollton, Ga., and a 17-acre residential property in the same city.
Annamalai valued the properties at $7 million, $2.1 million and $250,000 respectively. Valerie Richmond, an attorney representing Anderson Lake pointed out that Annamalai had not produced appraisals to show why the value of the properties increased so much only a few years after the temple purchased them.
