    Under the bill, headed for a D.C. Council vote next month, religious organizations would not be required to perform or make space available for same-sex weddings. But they would have to obey city laws prohibiting discrimination against gay men and lesbians.

    As of May 6, 2009, four states Massachusetts, Connecticut, Iowa, and Maine, currently allow Same-Sex Marriages. Vermont has passed a law making gay and lesbian marriages legal that takes effect in September. Those States that have and will promote the perverted union, have spit in God's face! Judgment has already come in the form of AIDS to many who dishonor their bodies, and Almighty God!

    Each time I sit down to put together some information that I feel the readers would like to know about, for some reason or other, it always comes up “Obama”.  I realize there are other news items of interest out there, but when I weigh them on the “importance factor” scale, they don’t add up to the “Obama” items.  So let’s look at some more late-breaking tidbits concerning that man.

    I think the U. S. Government (that’s us, fellow citizens) should abolish Cass Sunstein, President Obama’s regulatory czar who has just called for abolishment of the sanctioning of marriage.  Believe it or not; I think we should just absolutely abolish the man, not just fire him.  Were you aware that this guy is such a mental case that he has stated that he believes that animals should have the right to sue humans- (I’m not kidding).  See “The Hill” June 28, 2009, “Chambliss blocks regulatory pick over animal lawsuits” by Alexander Bolton.

    Anyone so dangerous to the survival of our nation at the very least be placed in some secure isolation to keep him from corrupting normal citizens (and animals??).

    This depraved mistake of the care-less and unprincipled usurper of our presidency is just another step by that latter person to ruin the fabric and cohesiveness that has held this country together as the strongest and greatest nation in the world.

    All families in all civilized nations around the planet start with a marriage between a man and woman.  Yes, I’m talking about a normal married relationship, not one concocted between two persons of the same sex that is more of an aberration that deviates from moral rectitude.

    Obama once asked that he be judged by the company he keeps; OK:  Bill Ayers, anti-American crusader; Rev. Wright, “God Damn America”; Timothy Geithner, Tax cheat; Van Jones, anti-American, “green jobs” czar; Kevin Jennings, school czar, with inappropriate behavior concerning school children; well, there are so many that space prohibits my continuing.  But you must see where I was headed with this.

    But I HAVE judged him by the company he keeps, (and I didn’t even mention the Chicago gangsters, corrupt politicians and other unsavory characters that only Chicago is famous for) and believe me, it is not a pretty picture.

    But just when you think that there is nothing more that he can do to be worthy of commenting on in a column he never lets you down and makes another questionable move.  In this latest case, a story appeared in the IRN News on October 23, 2009, titled “Obama offers millions in Muslim technology fund”.

    At the time this appeared in IRN News, the country had double digit numbers of people unemployed; mostly as a result of Obamnomics, or ‘the giving away of taxpayer monies that should be spent helping those taxpayers who are presently unemployed.

    It seems that every time Obama speaks to an Islamic group or to the entire Islamic world, he either condemns the United States with derogatory remarks or gives away the hard earned dollars that American taxpayers have paid into the Treasury for taxes; OR BOTH.

    This latest instance sees the financing of up to 150 million dollars for Islamic “selected projects and funds.”  Not anything specific, just throw a big wad of taxdollars in the direction of the Islamic World to show what a big-hearted guy he is.  It’ almost like how he spends mega-dollars on his personal with business connections trips all around he globe on lavish luxury trips, complete with shopping side trips for his family.

    Of course the White House is quoted as saying that “The Global Technology and Innovation Fund will ‘catalyze and facilitate private sector investments’ throughout Asia, the Middle East and Africa whatever that means.  But it is all part of Obama’s strengthening of ties with anything Muslim and weakening the United States Treasury.

    The IRN News article also noted that in a speech on June 4, Obama “vowed a ‘new beginning’ for Islam and America… to purge years of ‘suspicions and discord.’  Too bad he couldn’t have set some of it aside to eliminate Islamic terrorist activities against America such as the 9/11 catastrophe or the USS Cole tragedy or the… well, you know what I mean.

    The article went on to say that “Obama laid out a new blueprint for US Middle East policy, pledged to end mistrust, forge a state for Palestinians and defuse a nuclear showdown with Iran. “  All of which will most likely deplete our already seriously depleted treasury.  The remedy for all this spending for Islamic favors is, of course, higher taxes.

    He should stop the bailouts, handouts to more and larger White House staffs, and junkets around the world and concentrate of fixing the economic disaster that his profligate spending has created.

    But wanna bet he blames it all on Bush?

    Sunstein proposed that the concept of marriage should become privatized, with the state only granting civil union contracts to couples wishing to enter into an agreement.

    Sunstein explained marriage licensing is unnecessary, pointing out people stay committed to organizations like country clubs and homeowner associations without any government interference.

    "Under our proposal, the word marriage would no longer appear in any laws, and marriage licenses would no longer be offered or recognized by any level of government," wrote Sunstein and co-author Richard Thaler in their 2008 book, "Nudge: Improving decisions about health, wealth and happiness."

    In the book – obtained and reviewed by WND – Sunstein explains his approach would ensure that "the only legal status states would confer on couples would be a civil union, which would be a domestic partnership agreement between any two people."

    I am sure that you have seen commercials for several vehicles that run on diesel gasoline, well these same vehicles run just as well on biodiesel. Fact is that the more stoned you get from it the more biomass/biofuel you get. So really its illegality has been a doubleblind R+D project. And guess who owns the most fallow farmland in the world, farmland perfect for this crop. You got it, we DO! Guess who has the proper climate, we DO! Guess who has tons of unemployed peoples, we DO!

    Ok, about 2012, that is when we be officially be able to end our dependence on oil, earths fire, as the Myans thought of it. So don't be a flake and think that something can penatrate the gravataional forces of our nieghboring planets to reach us. Its so very highly unlikely. The are no different that the year 2000 freaks, and the nuts who killed themselfs thinking they would ride a spaceship behind the hail bob commet.     Cannabis, hemp is a great thing. The problem is it can be used to make very bad things, very powerful things. Its too bad the US military had to riun it like this and is so afraid that civilians would figure it out. Also we need to rethink oil, and its purposes. In a car what does oil do for the engine. If you don't know it Lubricates moving parts. Moving parts which are made of steel/aluminum. Steel is made of Iron and aluminum alloys. It just so happens that our geology is made of the same things. So one would think that the true purpose for oil is to lubricate the earth.

What happens is instead of techtonic plates moving slowly milimeter by milimeter over many years it will hold steady and build up forces behind it. Normally the plate would move slowly and cause minimal changes, maybe inches in tides. However when the pressure builds up behing the fault line, and then it moves 3 inches in a day it causes a huge sunami. We will see more of this, We need to stop drilling. And we need not drill in yellostone, we need to plant. We need to have what I call hydroponic towers that will turn a few square feet of useless land into rows and rows of biofuel towers. I feel so strongly about this I am willing to spread the word for free. For freedom.

    We can lie about this as much as we want, we can dstroy our world out of greed. We can have people sent over seas to protect pipelines and opium fields. But somebody  will always have the tree of knowledge. Among the few plants that survived the floods, and for good reason. Good luck all, and get seriuos about this. Healthcare is a mere distraction. Abortion and gay marriage alike. Imigration, ha, they were here long before us. So lets get real and give the SSn#'s and tax forms. Why would we deny a people that can do what the white man can't?

• The Individual and government

    The purpose of a government is to maintain a peaceful, functional and inhabitable society. We will notice that the word is “maintain” not “create”. No minority of the population can artificially create its values. The fundamental idea of representative government is that those representing the whole were elected or authorized by a majority of the whole for their like minded policy. This means that the people that elect the officials in authority do so to maintain a peace and function that is extant and perpetuated to some degree by extant laws, codes or standards. Creation of laws beyond this function is restrictive in nature. To restrict, restrain or constrain for reasons other than those for which society makes a demand is to place the whole in subservience to those elected by the whole.  Tolerance of a government outside of the representative functions for which it was appointed is, therefore, servitude.

    This being established, government is at best a custodian of duties for the populace that it serves. If it, by design or otherwise, exceeds the basic custodial function it is the duty of the people to assert the will of whole upon it by those devices established in the law (again, the law of the whole). To allow the obstruction of that will is a breach of the peace and function of that society, a cultural standard sacrificed to the agenda of power and usurpation.

    Individuals in our system of government are protected specifically in The Constitution for the purpose of allowing individuals or a group of individuals to freely express themselves. If these individuals could make a like minded vote for candidates who display a given set of moral and ethical qualities, they could naturally unite in support of a cause, rather than a person claiming to possess said qualities.

    It is ultimately the individual that makes the effect of the whole substantial. The wearied men of the American Revolution united under the rugged individual Gen. George Washington. The ideology of the nation was formed by the synthesis of individual minds like Jefferson, Franklin, and Hamilton. Varying though their concepts might have been, the cumulative effect was a sound protection of the individual, and a perpetual platform for the voice of the free man. It was in the protection of the individual that The Constitution invested so much of its substance. The form and function of our government was scripted by men possessed of the idea that liberty is the only permanent governor of a just society.

    Evident in the period was the seemingly dichotomous notion that the nation must be joined as one, and yet the individual must be given open range for his singular convictions. These references were not mutually exclusive. The right to choose ones religion is part of the regulatory function of the whole to supersede a church state. The freedom of communication of religious ideas insures that men may convey freely their ideas to one another. The freedom of speech allows the transfer of information concerning our culture and community. This information will feed the decision making properties in individuals that vote. In turn the right to vote insures that these rights are maintained by those who possess electable qualities, conducive to the proliferation of The Constitution.

    Redress of grievances in individuals is a large part of the premise of a nation of people maintaining control of their government. It is this right which is so precious to a nation subjected to the test of time. The alterations of fad and fashion on a government must be stemmed by the careful eye of its citizens, through the right to redress of grievances.

    The very wording (i.e. grievances) denotes an unhappy or unsatisfied member of society making a less than flattering statement to those that have the obligation to represent them. The voice of those that placed these representatives in their respective offices must be as effective once those representatives occupy that office as at the polls. To prevail upon them with demonstrations of assembled citizens, or individual acts of peaceful dissent is both Constitutional and necessary. A power placed by the people must remain subject to the people in order to remain grounded in The Constitution. For this a government must hear its constituency. When in correspondence, the word of their constituency is ignored or dismissed as anecdotal; the force of the grieved must be heard in mass demonstration.

    If the grieved face a force of government, whether employed or gathered by the institution of government, then they cannot be said to enjoy the right to redress of grievances, nor the freedom of speech. In the act of squelching the voice of those that speak constitutionally, the government annuls its marriage to The Constitution and forfeits its legitimacy.

    It is never the purpose of a responsible society to leave their children worse than themselves. For this purpose we, as custodians of those rights left to us by our fathers, must meet the challenge of our generation issued by the decay of those boundaries that constrain the powers of government, and those that seek to diminish the individual liberty of each citizen. Nothing less than our complete interest in the direction of our constitutional republic will suffice. Nothing less than constitutional action will avail a positive outcome.

    Freedom of action only applies to those that act. To those that slumber there is only the comfortable warmth of stagnation, and lethargy. To those that remain vigilant there is the light of security, to those that become preoccupied there is the constant shadow of ignorance. A people ignorant of their representatives and their motives are then, by definition, no longer represented.

    Imagine you’re by yourself on a dark street. At one end there’s a group of blacks and Hispanics. At the other sits a group of Caucasians. Both routes will get you to where you’re going in the same amount of time. Which way do you go?
    
    Before you answer that question, let’s throw in one more variable. In front of you is sign which reads:

    “You are seven times more likely to be murdered this way”

    
    This sign has an arrow pointing in one direction. Now I ask again, which way do you go?

    
    
    If you have any amount of common sense or respect for the welfare of yourself, you would go in the direction opposite of the arrow, which will take you in the direction of the group of whites. In fact, I have a hard time believing that anyone reading this would choose otherwise.

    Over the years, however, we as Americans have been taught that all humans, regardless of race, are created equal. We have been taught to ignore the color of a person’s skin and instead treat them as we would everyone else. The terms “equality” and “rights-for-everyone” are quickly thrown around, yet the exact definition of ‘equality’ is never made clear.
    
    Does equality mean being almost six times more likely to steal a car? (As blacks are)
    
    Does it mean being seven times more likely to commit a homicide? (As blacks are)
    
    Or maybe it means being eight times more likely to commit robbery? (Once again, as blacks are)

    Right now I’m sure many of you reading this have already become engulfed with hatred and animosity towards me, placing the label of ‘racist’ and ‘bigot’ upon me in your head, although I have mentioned nothing but facts.
    
    In fact, before many of you out there go off on some brainless racial tantrum, consider this: According to a study done a few years back by the New Century Foundation, Blacks are 39 times more likely to commit a violent crime against a person with white skin than vice versa. Blacks actually commit more violent crimes against whites than they do against their own race.
    
    But wait a minute…how can this be when all I’ve been told throughout my life by the ACLU, the NAACP, numerous liberal commentators and politicians, and the likes of Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson that it is the black community who is being suppressed by the evil and racist whites?
    
    Well folks, its all one big lie. These people would like you to think that it’s the other way around, but the facts tell an entirely different story. For decades it has been drilled into the minds of Americans and those throughout the world that it is the white community who is oppressing those of color—that it is whites who view the African-American race as an entirely different species. Turns out, however, it’s blacks who target whites because of the color of their skin, an act only known as racism.

     

    Now I’m sure there are some out there arguing these facts, stating that crime statistics are skewed because of racial profiling by law enforcement, who target and arrest innocent blacks everyday. While this ignorant attitude seems to bode well with the African community, seemingly giving blacks and other minorities a reason to turn a blind eye to the genocide happening within their own communities, it is just that—ignorance.
    
    They would love to believe that all law enforcement officials constantly profile their race, but that simply isn’t the case. In fact, a recent study performed by Maryland’s Public Service Research Institute actually uncovered the exact opposite. Turns out law enforcement officers were stopping too few blacks (about 23%) compared to how many were actually committing traffic crimes (about 25%). Reports then started piling in from across the country, with officers anonymously stating that when given the opportunity, they would rather arrest a white suspect than a black one, out of fear of being labeled a racist…a sad realization that we have now come to in America, courtesy of the NAACP, ACLU, and numerous black activists who only see the color of one’s skin.
    
    Who are the real racists in this country? If we really must place this label on one race, it's none other than those in the African-American community. They continue to ignore the problems within their own race, dismissing facts and guidance from outsiders, and instead label those who try to point out their numerous issues as bigots and racists. They constantly cry out to others to be treated fairly, yet ironically it is themselves who keep equality from reaching their community.
    
    Instead of changing their behaviors, they continue to harp on events which took place centuries ago—events which have no place being discussed in today’s time. They state that the racial divide in this country has to end, yet their actions and reluctance to accept personal responsibility are the reason we have the racial tensions in this country which are seen today.

     

    If they truly want to be seen as 'equal' and end the stereotypes which are in place today, then how about implanting some “Change” in their society.
    
    How about teaching young African-Americans respect for law enforcement and authority.
    
    How about combating the high drop-out rates and teaching young children the importance of staying in school and getting an education.
    
    How about a zero tolerance for drug use and combating the fact that most homicides involving blacks are drug-related.
    
    How about attacking the real issues at hand and quit placing blame on others.
    
    How about ending this "It's because I'm black" attitude that causes racial divide.
    
    How about calling out the hip-hop and rap industry which glorifies the 'thug' lifestyle and threatens family values and morals.
    
    How about reducing teen pregnancy and teaching parents the importance of setting good examples for their children.
    
    How about instead of backing six animals that viciously beat another student, you instead teach them that this behavior is intolerable.
    
    How about instead of constantly attacking others for racial issues that took place decades ago, you instead confront the current issues within your own race.
    
    How about when someone speaks out concerning certain issues within your race that need to be addressed, you actually listen instead of placing the label of 'racist' on them.

     

    As I’ve said before, change can only come if people are willing. Change takes time, it is painful, but in the end it is rewarding. Taking the first step towards change is bound to upset many, but those who are upset will soon realize that it is their own lifestyle that is contributing to the black cloud that hangs over the African-American community. Until these changes are implemented, the genocide that is currently happening within the black community will continue.
